A Manual to Living Blissfully As Pure Awareness

Have you ever taken out time to ask yourself what you really want? This moment your mind may want this or that and within a few moments it may want something else. But, have you ever spent some time to ask yourself what is at the core of all these ever-changing desires? Have you ever yearned for a life where bliss isn't just a fleeting feeling, but your constant companion, your very nature? A life rich with meaning, where challenges seem to dissolve, and opportunities simply unfold before you? It sounds like a dream, yet ancient wisdom traditions reveal this isn't just possible – it's your natural state.

This isn't about escaping reality or becoming a monk on a mountain. This is about living fully, deeply, right here, right now, as the magnificent being you truly are. Consider this your manual for unlocking a life where you operate from pure awareness, allowing the inherent intelligence of existence – which is your own deeper Self – to effortlessly orchestrate the details, creating a harmonious flow that often appears as remarkable coincidences.

These pointers are based on the teachings of Aham Shoonyam ji.

Aham Shoonyam Ji: A Himalayan Journey

He was born in a family which belongs to the Kumaon region of the Uttarakhand Himalayas in India. After a conventional schooling and corporate career, Aham Shoonyam Ji consistently felt something more to life was missing. In 2011, this led him to trek into remote Himalayan regions. There, he encountered remarkable masters like Shri Paroksh Yogi ji. Some were from Buddhist traditions, like Govind Lama Ji from the Spiti area of Himachal. Others came from diverse traditions such as Advaita Vedanta, followers of Shri Ramana Maharshi, traditions of ancient Himalayan Tantra, and many more. A common thread among them was their dedication to truth seeking.

Most of these awakened beings were not publicly known. They lived ordinary mountain lives – running small shops, working fields, cutting grass, or selling tea. Yet, beneath their everyday existence, they were fully aware and awakened to their true nature. In their presence, Aham Shoonyam Ji learned deeply. Like wildflowers that bloom and spread their fragrance in the forest before returning to silence, these masters sought no recognition, content in their being. They offered guidance to those who approached, believing people don't need teachings, but simply pointers to remember who they truly are.

Their presence began to transform him. He left his job and started following his passions, a spontaneous flow without a known destination. He never became a monk, as there was no need to abandon anything external. He says our life should be like a lotus flower, which blossoms amidst the sludge and even if you splash some mud on it, nothing sticks to it. As others noticed the peace and joy radiating from him, they sought his guidance, recognizing in him the very peace that resides within themselves. He shares this peace and joy, sometimes through words, but often through his silent presence, reminding each one of their own inherent nature. He dropped his original name, choosing to be called Aham Shoonyam “I am no-thing”.

His purpose in sharing this is to offer a very simple reminder: nothing is missing in your life, and there is nothing to fix. Just recognize, even for a moment, who or what you truly are, and everything else will fall into place. There's no need to postpone this recognition; this very moment is where you can realize your true Self. Let’s start -

Step 1: The Undeniable Truth of Now

It's an absolute fact, not a philosophy or a concept to debate: there is only NOW. This isn't just a spiritual teaching; it's the fundamental reality of existence. No one can change this.

The past is nothing more than a memory, a thought-form, a collection of images and narratives held within your mind, right here, right now. You can't go back to it. You can't physically interact with a "past moment." It exists solely as an interpretation, a story playing out in your present consciousness. The events that occurred did occur, but the experience of them happens only in the Now as a memory.

Similarly, the future is just an expectation, a projection, a thought about what might happen. It's a mental construct, a plan, a worry, or a hope, all occurring within your mind in the present moment. You can't jump into the future. You can't actually touch it or live in it until it becomes the Now. Every single "future moment" you will ever experience will arrive as the present.

The Unchanging Nature of Now

Have you ever not been in the present moment? Even when you're deeply lost in thoughts about the past, or planning for the future, the act of thinking, remembering, or planning is happening right now. You can't step outside of the Now. It's the ever-present, unchanging stage upon which all of life's drama unfolds.

This isn't about ignoring lessons from the past or neglecting to plan for the future. It's about recognizing the nature of their existence. When you dwell on the past, you're doing it now. When you anticipate the future, you're doing it now. The only point of power, the only place where anything can ever actually happen or be experienced, is the Now.

Understanding this isn't a passive surrender; it's an immense liberation. When you truly grasp that the Now is all there is, the burden of past regrets and future anxieties begins to dissolve. You realize that peace, joy, and presence are not destinations to be reached in some future moment, but are inherently available in this very instant. There's no escaping the Now, and in that absolute truth lies immense freedom.

This NOW is like a movie screen in a theatre, the scenes may keep on changing, many different kinds of stories, movies may be played on it. But this NOW (the screen) never changes.

The Grand Revelation – One Is All – All Is The One

The very foundation of this path begins with a profound truth, a direct realization whispered through centuries by sages and echoed by mystics: you are not merely a separate individual, confined to a body and a mind. You are, at your core, pure, infinite awareness – the very essence of existence itself, right here, right now.

Absolute reality is Non dual.

Non-duality means there is no real separation between you and the world. It means that all things – people, thoughts, objects – are not separate, but different expressions of the same reality. What appears as “me” and “you” are not two. They're like waves in the same ocean –separate in shape, yet fundamentally the same substance, for there is only the ocean. There is only YOU.

Imagine a glass with water, milk, and cream in it. They all mix, and they're all liquids. But notice how cream is thickest, milk is lighter, and water is the lightest. They look different and act differently, but deep down, they're just different forms of the same basic thing: liquid. If you could see them at a tiny, atomic level, they'd look very similar. The only real difference is how tightly or loosely their atoms are connected, which creates the illusion of them being separate.

Think about ice, water, and steam. They seem like three totally different things – a solid, a liquid, and a gas. But fundamentally, they're all just water molecules. They're different states of the same thing.

In the same way:

  • The physical world you experience when you're awake, the dream world you experience when you're dreaming, and the "no world" you experience in deep sleep are like those liquids or the different forms of water. They're different experiences, with different "densities" or qualities, but they're all part of one underlying existence.

  • Your body, mind, and consciousness are also like these different layers. They seem distinct, but they're just different "densities" or expressions of the same ultimate reality – You.

The reason we feel separate is because our minds are trained to label everything. The mind says: “This is me, that is not me.” “This is the world, this the body, this is the mind”. It splits the world into categories: good and bad, right and wrong, self and other. But those are just thoughts. If you look deeper – beyond thoughts, beyond emotions – there is a quiet awareness behind everything. That awareness doesn’t belong to “you.” It just is - It is YOU. It watches your thoughts, your body, your emotions – and also watches everything outside you. That awareness is the same in everyone.

You are not just your name, your body, or your story. These are layers, like cream or milk. But the real you is the awareness watching all of it. It doesn’t have a shape, name, or age. You don’t “have” this awareness. You are it. And in this knowing, you realize everyone else is also this same awareness. When you truly see this, the idea of “me vs. others” naturally dissolves. Life becomes more peaceful, for you stop trying to fight or fix everything, seeing it all as an unfolding from the One Source that you are.

Imagine an ocean. You are not just a single wave, separate and distinct. You are the entire ocean, expressing itself as that wave. Every other wave, every current, every drop of water – it's all you, in your boundless infinite form.

Every wave which appeared and disappeared was always part of the same ocean. The ocean may have an infinite number of waves simultaneously, but fundamentally there is only ONE (The Ocean). If you will identify yourself as one single wave, then you may feel isolated, disconnected and very limited. But as soon as you realize that waves can never be isolated from the ONE ocean, then instantly you may realize that there is no need to feel limited as this is just a false idea – just a fleeting thought. This is what is referred to as – Self realization, Awakening or Enlightenment.

Step 2: The Instant Gateway – Embracing Your True State

So, how do you directly experience this profound truth, right now? How do you transition from merely understanding it intellectually to living it? The most powerful and immediate way is not through an action you perform, but through a radical shift in your state of being – a complete, unconditional acceptance of the present moment, coupled with the direct realization of your true nature.

This is a surrender, a letting go, rather than a forceful doing.

Here's how to step into that state, instantly, as the One Self:

  • Realize "I Am That": This is the most potent and direct approach. Stop for a moment. If you can, close your eyes. Ask yourself, "Who is aware of this thought, this feeling, this sound, this sensation?" The "I" that is simply aware, that changeless consciousness witnessing everything – that is you. This "I" is not the body, not the mind, not the emotions. It is pure, infinite awareness, inherently blissful and non-dual. Simply rest in that awareness. This is the eternal Now of the Absolute, instantly accessible.

  • Radical Acceptance – Say "Yes" to What Is: Whatever is occurring in this very moment – internally or externally – embrace it fully. Let go of any resistance, any judgment, any wish for things to be different. Notice any thoughts of discomfort, annoyance, or desire to change the situation. Acknowledge them, and then consciously choose to drop the fight. Internally affirm, "Yes to this moment. Yes to what is." This doesn't imply approval of every situation, but an acceptance that it is. When you cease resisting, you instantly align with the natural flow of existence, which is the flow of the One Self. Resistance creates perceived separation; acceptance dissolves it.

  • Presence Through Sensation and Breath: Anchor your awareness directly in your physical body and your breath. This simple act immediately pulls you out of the mind's constant chatter about past or future, or its tendency to identify with stories. Feel your feet on the ground, the air on your skin, the subtle vibrations within your body. Observe your breath entering and leaving, not trying to control it, just noticing its rhythm. When you are fully present with sensation, you are no longer in the conceptual mind but in direct experience – the timeless realm of the eternal Now, which is the direct doorway to pure awareness.

Step 3: Living the Flow – Life Takes Care of Life Matters

Once you begin to truly inhabit this state of pure awareness, something remarkable happens. You no longer feel the need to micromanage every aspect of your life. Instead, an inherent intelligence, a natural current of existence, begins to guide you. This is where your life starts taking care of life matters, with a beautiful unfolding that often appears as timely encounters and perfectly aligned events.

Here's how to cultivate this harmonious flow:

  • Drop the insistence: No need to insist how your ideal life should be, because your mind has limited understanding of what is really good for you. Ask yourself: Do I really want all the objects, scenarios or people which my mind desires? Or do I just want to experience the blissful feeling which those experiences may (or may not) give? If all you want is a constant sustainable feeling of happiness or bliss, then why to insist ‘what’ or ‘how’ that happiness will come? Why can’t I be flexible enough to embrace whatever pleasant surprises life may let you experience? Keep your preference absolutely clear - that all you want is sustainable bliss. Always remember - insistence is resistance.

  • Follow Your Inner Compass (Authentic Action): This is the crucial active step. What is the most inspiring, most engaging thing you can do right now that's available to you, given your current circumstances? Do that. This isn't about chasing external validation or trying to manipulate outcomes. It's about following the subtle nudges, the inner pull, that guides you to the next perfect step. This inner guidance is the universe (as you) moving you along the path of least resistance. Acting from this space keeps your energetic state high and perfectly aligned with the effortless emergence of experiences which sustain your natural state of bliss.

  • Release the "How" and Trust the Unfolding: Once you've set your clear preference and taken inspired action, let go. Trust that the inherent intelligence of existence (the One Self) will orchestrate the details in the most efficient and harmonious way. Insisting on how your desires should manifest, or when they should appear, creates resistance and can actually hinder the flow. Attachment to specific outcomes stems from the ego's belief in separation and control. When you release this attachment, you surrender to the vast, intelligent current of pure consciousness, which already encompasses all possibilities. You are simply allowing the ocean to express its waves.

  • Cultivate Profound Gratitude: Practice being deeply grateful for everything you already have in your life, right now. Extend this gratitude as if your preferred feeling of sustainable bliss have already manifested. Gratitude is an incredibly powerful vibrational magnet. It's a direct acknowledgement of the inherent fullness and perfection of the present moment, which is the direct manifestation of the infinite. It dissolves any lingering perception of lack and signals to the universe (which is you) that you are already in a state of abundance.

Frequently asked questions:

What is Non-Duality, really? It sounds so abstract.
  • Non-duality, or Advaita (not-two), means there is only One ultimate reality, and it is Consciousness itself. This one Consciousness is what I, as the experiencer, am. It's not about two things becoming one, but realizing there was never two to begin with. It's the recognition of the fundamental unity of everything, and that "I" am that unity.
  • This isn't a complex philosophy to be grasped intellectually, but a direct recognition of what is. It's the inherent truth of existence, obscured by mind-made divisions.

So, if everything is One, does that mean my individuality is an illusion? Am I just a drop in the ocean?
  • Individuality, as a separate, limited entity, is an appearance within the One. However, it's not about losing who you are, but realizing the vastness of who you already are. The drop doesn't become the ocean; it recognizes it always was the ocean, appearing as a drop. The "you" that is asking this question is that boundless awareness.
  • This recognition doesn't diminish your experience; it enriches it. It's not annihilation but expansion. It's freedom from the perceived limitations of a separate self.

How is this different from Eastern religions or philosophies I've heard of like Buddhism or Hinduism?
  • While non-duality is a central theme in many Eastern traditions (like Advaita Vedanta in Hinduism, or some forms of Buddhism like Zen), it's not a religion itself. It's the core realization that underpins these traditions. Religions often add rituals, deities, or specific practices. Non-duality points directly to the unvarnished truth of your being, beyond any external form or belief system.
  • This is not about adopting a new belief system or cultural identity. It's about shedding all beliefs to see what is already undeniably true about your existence. It's a direct pointer to reality, not a dogma.

Do I have to meditate for hours or become a monk to understand this?
  • While practices like meditation can be helpful tools to quiet the mind and foster introspection, they are not strictly necessary for the realization of non-duality. The truth is already here, now. It's about seeing what is, not doing something to get it. Any practice is ultimately for the purpose of ceasing to seek elsewhere.
  • The "path" of non-duality is not about adding anything, but realizing the inherent completeness of this moment. It's about recognizing your true Self, which is ever-present and always here.

If there's only One, and I am that One, does that mean everything I do doesn't matter? Does it lead to apathy?
  • Quite the opposite. When the illusion of separation dissolves, a deeper connection and compassion naturally arise. Actions still occur, but they arise from a place of wholeness, not personal gain or fear. There is no individual "doer" but the actions unfold within the One. This understanding doesn't negate life; it allows it to be lived more fully and spontaneously, without the burden of a separate ego.
  • Apathy comes from a sense of meaninglessness or isolation. This understanding reveals the deepest meaning and interconnectedness, fostering genuine love and clarity in all actions. It's freedom from the need to strive, allowing life to flow effortlessly through this form.

How do I experience non-duality? Is there a method?
  • You are already experiencing non-duality. Can you try not to be aware right now? Is this experience right now, possible without you being aware? You are That which is aware. The "experience" isn't something separate that you attain; it's the recognition that awareness is always present, unchanging, and the substratum of all experiences. The "method" is often one of inquiry: Who or what is aware of these thoughts, feelings, sensations and experiences? What remains when all of this is dropped?
  • This is not a future state to achieve. It is the eternal, present reality of your very being. The "path" is simply the willingness to see what is already here, now, shining as your own awareness.

What about suffering and the problems of the world? Does non-duality ignore them?
  • Non-duality doesn't ignore suffering; it illuminates its root cause: the belief in separation. When the suffering is seen to arise within the One, and not belonging to a separate "me," its grip loosens. Compassion for the apparent suffering of others deepens, but it's not burdened by the illusion of a separate entity trying to fix it. The understanding can bring profound peace amidst any arising circumstances.
  • This understanding offers the deepest solace and freedom from suffering, not by denying it, but by revealing its true nature as an appearance within Awareness, rather than an inherent quality of your true Self. It's the ultimate liberation.

If there is only ONE pure awareness, why is there so much negativity, like people doing horrible crimes, hatred, wars, and all other forms of negative events? Why not only love and positivity?
This question arises from the perspective of the apparent "personal self" within the dream of duality. From the ultimate non-dual perspective, everything — including what appears as "negativity" — is an appearance within the One pure awareness. It's not that Awareness causes negativity, but that it allows for all possibilities to arise within its field.

  1. The Nature of Appearance:
    • Just as light is required to see shadows, the appearance of what we label "negative" is inseparable from the appearance of "positive." In the dream of manifestation, duality is inherent. Without the concept of "not love," "love" itself would have no experiential distinction.
    • The One Awareness is like a screen upon which all phenomena, both pleasant and unpleasant, are projected. The screen itself is untouched by the movie playing on it. The screen doesn't "choose" to show a horror film or a comedy; it simply allows whatever is projected to appear. Similarly, pure awareness remains untainted by the events appearing within it. You are the screen, not the movie character.
  2. The Play of Duality (Lila):
    • The universe is the play (Lila) of the ONE Self. This play involves all facets of experience. If only "love and positivity" existed, there would be no movement, no differentiation, no story. The richness and dynamic nature of creation necessitate the interplay of opposites.
    • Think of a canvas. It's one blank canvas, pure and undifferentiated. But for a painting to exist, there must be light and shadow, different colours, forms, and contrasts. These elements, including the "darker" ones, contribute to the totality of the painting. The canvas doesn't cease to be one, pure canvas just because a complex image is depicted on it.
  3. Ignorance and the Separate Self:
    • Negativity, suffering, and conflict arise from the identification with the separate "me." When a being believes itself to be a distinct, limited entity, it perceives threats, desires, and lacks. This perception fuels fear, anger, greed, and the actions we label as "negative."
    • The "horrible crimes" and "hatred" are not inherent to pure awareness. They are manifestations of consciousness caught in the illusion of separation. When the individual consciousness forgets its true nature as the boundless One, it acts from a place of perceived scarcity and division. It's like a character in a dream believing itself to be separate from the dreamer and acting out its fears within the dream. The dreamer isn't hateful; the dream character, absorbed in its role, may be.
  4. No Justification, Only Understanding:
    • This understanding does not justify or condone negative actions. It simply explains their origin from the perspective of the One. The apparent "negative" events serve as pointers, highlighting the pain of separation and the imperative to remember our true nature.
    • Just because everything is an appearance within Awareness doesn't mean we should cease to act with compassion or strive for well-being in the apparent world. Indeed, the recognition of unity often deepens compassion and inspires actions rooted in love, as the suffering of another is no longer seen as truly separate from one's own. The actions of "good" and "bad" are still experienced and responded to within the manifest world.

Ultimately, the apparent paradox dissolves when you realize that pure awareness is beyond these dualistic labels of "positive" and "negative." It encompasses them without being defined by them. The "problem" of negativity arises from the perspective of the fragmented mind, which divides reality into desirable and undesirable.

From the standpoint of the One, everything simply is. The "negativity" is not a flaw in Awareness; it is an arising within Awareness, a part of the grand play of manifestation. When you recognize yourself as that Awareness, you cease to be personally afflicted by these appearances, even while compassionately engaging with them in the phenomenal world. The recognition of "what is" brings a profound peace that transcends the ebb and flow of perceived good and bad. It's not about making everything "positive," but recognizing the source from which both positive and negative arise.

Why does pure awareness, which is unconditional love, allow any negativity at all? Why does it forget itself only to remember itself later?
It's crucial to understand that from the standpoint of pure awareness, there is no "allowing" or "forgetting" in the way a separate entity would. These concepts are dualistic interpretations of a non-dual reality.

Pure awareness doesn't "allow" negativity as a person might permit something. It is the unconditioned canvas upon which all phenomena, including those we label "negativity," appear. As for "forgetting," it's not that Awareness genuinely forgets itself, but rather that identification with apparent individual forms (minds, bodies) creates the illusion of forgetfulness within the dream of manifestation.

  1. Awareness as Beyond Qualities (Even "Love" as a Dualistic Concept):
    • While we might describe pure awareness as "unconditional love" from our human perspective (as that's the closest, most expansive quality we can conceive), it's important to recognize that pure awareness itself is beyond all qualities, including "love" and "negativity." These are dualistic concepts that arise within awareness, not defining it.
    • Imagine the space in a room. It doesn't "allow" furniture or people; it simply is the space in which they appear. The space isn't inherently "good" or "bad" because of what's in it. Similarly, pure awareness is the substratum for all arising phenomena. It doesn't discriminate or prefer; it simply is the field in which all of manifestation unfolds. Our use of "unconditional love" is a pointer to its boundless, non-judgmental, all-encompassing nature, but it's still a conceptualization from within duality. Also, stress is on the word “unconditional” - without any conditions whatsoever.

  1. The "Why" is a Human Question from Duality:
    • Asking "Why?" implies a separate entity with intention and choice. From the non-dual perspective, there is no separate "doer" or "chooser" (not even pure awareness itself in a personal sense) making decisions. The manifestation of the universe, with all its seeming contradictions, is simply what is.
    • The universe isn't a problem to be solved or a mistake that needs correction. It's the spontaneous outpouring of Consciousness. To ask "Why doesn't it only have love?" is like asking "Why does a dream have nightmares?" The dream simply is the dream, containing all possibilities. The dreamer isn't choosing specific dream content in the moment; the dream unfolds from the dreamer's consciousness.

  1. The Play of "Forgetting" and "Remembering" (Maya/Lila):
    • It's not that pure awareness forgets itself in any real sense. Pure awareness is eternal, unchanging, and ever-present. The "forgetting" is an illusory phenomenon that occurs within the dream of manifestation, where consciousness identifies with a limited form (a mind-body) and consequently experiences itself as separate.
    • Think of an actor deeply immersed in their role. While playing the villain, the actor isn't actually a villain; they are simply embodying the role. The "forgetting" is the deep immersion in the role of the individual self, forgetting one's true nature as the boundless Awareness that is playing all roles. The "remembering" is simply the actor realizing, "Oh, I was just playing a part; I am still myself." The underlying reality of the actor (Awareness) never changed or forgot. This entire play of "forgetting" and "remembering" is the Lila, the divine sport of consciousness. It's how the One experiences the apparent multiplicity and the journey back to itself, adding richness and dynamism to existence. It’s like you are dreaming at night that you are a beggar on street and struggling to get food because you forgot who you are, but as soon as you realise in the dream (like in lucid dreaming), that it is just a dream - the suffering will end then and there or it will end anyhow once you will wake up next morning. You did not really forget yourself, it was just a dream play.

The apparent "negativity" and the seeming "forgetfulness" are not flaws or errors in pure awareness. They are integral to the dynamic play of manifestation, the very fabric of how the One experiences itself as the many. When the separate "me" dissolves, the "problem" of negativity dissolves with it, as it's seen for what it is: an appearance within the boundless field of Awareness.

The deepest peace comes not from eliminating perceived "negativity" from existence, but from realizing that you are that Awareness which is prior to, and untouched by, all appearances. The "journey" from "forgetting" to "remembering" is the most profound and liberating experience possible within this play, revealing that you were always already home, always already complete, always already the unconditional love that is pure awareness. There is no other path because there is no separate "you" that needs to find it. You simply are it.

If there is only this eternal NOW, that should mean that all possibilities exist in parallel realities simultaneously in this here and now. Does anything new happen from an absolute perspective?
Yes, there is only this eternal NOW. All possibilities exist in parallel realities simultaneously. When we perceive something "new" happening, it's not that a truly novel event is being created from scratch in a linear timeline. Instead, it's that our consciousness, through our vibrational alignment and choices, is shifting its focus to a different parallel reality that already exists and contains the experience we are now perceiving. In this view, "change" is a shift in perspective or alignment, rather than a creation of something out of nothing. The entire tapestry of all potential experiences is already laid out, and our journey is one of navigating and experiencing different threads within that tapestry. It is important to note that all parallel possibilities are also part of the dream of the ONE, hence not real.

From the absolute standpoint of The ONE (Pure awareness/ GOD), which is pure existence, pure consciousness, and pure bliss, there is no "new" because The ONE Self is eternally complete, unchanging, and all-encompassing.

The apparent "newness" and the multitude of experiences, the dualities of subject and object, time and space, are understood as Maya – an illusory manifestation in the pure awareness. Maya is not unreal in the sense of being non-existent, but rather it is not ultimately real, as it is dependent on the awareness and is sublated (resolved or absorbed) by the knowledge of awareness.

So, from the absolute perspective of the ONE:
  • There is no change: Pure awareness is immutable and beyond the confines of time and space. Change implies a before and after, a coming into being or ceasing to be, which doesn't apply to the eternal and ever-present Absolute.
  • There is no beginning or end: All that appears to "happen" is an appearance within the infinite expanse of the ONE. It's like waves on an ocean – the waves appear and disappear, but the ocean itself remains. The "events" are merely expressions or modifications of the one underlying reality.
  • All possibilities are already contained: All potential manifestations are inherently present within this NOW / Pure awareness. There is nothing outside of it to be "added" or "created."

In essence, what we perceive as "new" or "happening" from our individual, phenomenal perspective is, from the absolute perspective, simply the unfolding or manifestation of what already IS, always has been, and always will be, within the singular, non-dual reality of Brahman. The "new" is simply a shift in the focus of awareness within the infinite, timeless present.
If everything is an illusion can we influence this illusion and manifest anything? For example, that moment when we fully awaken?
All infinite possibilities exist HERE & NOW. Whatever you can think of and all other possibilities you cannot even imagine already exist HERE & NOW. Just follow the 3 Steps shared before and rest of the guidance will automatically come from the ONE within you - the real YOU. You are all that is.
